Our Executive Board

The People Who Make This All Happen

President John Cabral

With over 20 years of experience in fitness, John has trained athletes ranging from 8 years old to professional sports. Specializing in strength training and running mechanics, John focuses on mechanics and muscle in an effort to produce strong, sound athletes. John holds a degree in Kinesiology, concentrated on exercise science and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Makayla Falco

A college athlete, Makayla has been a long-time mentor to various players in and off her team rosters. As a founder of the Falcons, Mak wanted to create an organization where mentorship and cross-division training are constant. When she is not on the field, you can be guaranteed she's in our facility working with young players.

Joseph Falco

Focused on doing things right, Joe Falco has dedicated himself to player development. As a hitting coach, players find consistency at the plate. As the lead coach for our clinics, Joe knows repetitions, mindset, and drive are the key pieces to successful softball. A man of the community, Joe also leads the Falcons in our charitable efforts, including drives and donations.

Our Coaching Staff

Those who coach alongside our Executive Board on the field

Jeremy Miville

Over the past decade, Jeremy has taken the field with players ranging from 5 to 18 years of age. Focused on game management, Jeremy educates players on situational softball, or the "game within the game."

Dionisio A Vargas jr

Known around the dugouts as JR, Dionisio was born and raised in Providence. A graduate of Mount Pleasant High School, JR would dedicate much of his life to youth sports. JR is currently the head coach at Paul Cuffee High School, and Head Director for the Softball division of Elmwood Little League.

Ryan Woodruff

As the soul of our staff, Ryan brings players a sense of balance between the intensity of development and the lives we all live off the field. As a father of four athletes, Ryan understands the conflicts young players face, and dedicates himself to helping players navigate youth sports.

Tiffany DePina

A former softball player turned coach, Tiffany has been running squads for over half a decade. Her history with slow-pitched youth softball has helped develop players' understanding of timing and fielding fundamentals. Having sat on the board for various organizations, Coach Tiff is a check and balance for how our organization should do things the right way!

Steven Oliveira

A travel softball coach for over 14 years, Steven has led squads ranging from 5-year-olds to young adults. Having served on the Seekonk Softball Board of Directors for over a decade, Steven brings his coaching and league development knowledge to the Falcons.
