With over 20 years of experience in fitness, John has trained athletes ranging from 8 years old to professional sports. Specializing in strength training and running mechanics, John focuses on mechanics and muscle in an effort to produce strong, sound athletes. John holds a degree in Kinesiology, concentrated on exercise science and is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

A college athlete, Makayla has been a long-time mentor to various players in and off her team rosters. As a founder of the Falcons, Mak wanted to create an organization where mentorship and cross-division training are constant. When she is not on the field, you can be guaranteed she's in our facility working with young players.

Focused on doing things right, Joe Falco has dedicated himself to player development. As a hitting coach, players find consistency at the plate. As the lead coach for our clinics, Joe knows repetitions, mindset, and drive are the key pieces to successful softball. A man of the community, Joe also leads the Falcons in our charitable efforts, including drives and donations.

Over the past decade, Jeremy has taken the field with players ranging from 5 to 18 years of age. Focused on game management, Jeremy educates players on situational softball, or the "game within the game." As a longtime coach, board member and brief stint as VP at AGS, Jeremy has developed an approach to softball that all of us at New England Falcons appreciate.

A true player advocate, Felix knows there is more to a young athletes life than the softball field. Felix uses his voice and experience to help players navigate the balance between school, social, and softball. Felix mentors players to be their best versions of themselves, in and out of uniform.

A travel softball coach for over 14 years, Steven has led squads ranging from 5-year-olds to young adults. Having served on the Seekonk Softball Board of Directors for over a decade, Steven brings his coaching and league development knowledge to the Falcons.

Known around the dugouts as JR, Dionisio was born and raised in Providence. A graduate of Mount Pleasant High School, JR has dedicated much of his life to youth sports. JR is currently the head coach at Paul Cuffee High School, and Head Director for the Softball division of Elmwood Little League.

A former softball player turned coach, Tiffany has been running squads for over half a decade. Her history with slow-pitched youth softball has helped develop players' understanding of timing and fielding fundamentals. Having sat on the board for various organizations, Coach Tiff is a check and balance for how our organization should do things the right way!

As the soul of our staff, Ryan brings players a sense of balance between the intensity of development and the lives we all live off the field. As a father of four athletes, Ryan understands the conflicts young players face, and dedicates himself to helping players navigate youth sports.

Alexcya is dedicated to helping pitchers build strong fundamentals, improve mechanics, and develop the mental edge needed to succeed under pressure. Brian is a former college baseball player with 7 years of HS Varsity Baseball Head Coach experience, along with serving 8 years as Lincoln HS Director of Athletics. Brian brings extensive knowledge of helping athletes excel in the classroom, on the field and in the community. His coaching philosophies of team first, being mentally tough, and the importance of building connections with teammates are all part of what makes his programs successful.

Growing up playing youth and collegiate sports, Mark "Tall Man" knows the weight that successful teamwork can have on young adults. Mark's goal is to create a healthy and positive atmosphere on the field. for every practive and game. Mark knows that fostering a motivational and upbeat environment is just as important as the plays being called on the field. With two children in youth sports, Mark leads by example on the off the field.

Caitlyn pitched for most of her 10-year career and was on track to play at the collegiate level before an ongoing injury shifted her path. She turned her passion into coaching, immediately beginning private pitching lessons. Caitlyn brings firsthand knowledge of the game and a strong focus on player confidence and growth.

For the better part of two decades, Bobby Jencks has dedicated his time to developing elite athletes. His leadership and experience allowed his players to travel the region. From State Championship battles to final games in Jennie Finch Tournaments, Bobby has helped young athletes conquer big game moments.
Making an Impact With Us Off the Field

Aidan is a professional sports photographer and now the official organizational photographer for the New England Falcons. Aidan has solidified himself in the sports photography industry, working with many athletes from elementary school to college.
Specializing in softball photography, Aidan has taken photos for many college teams, including the University of Connecticut, Providence College, Brown University, the University of Rhode Island, Butler University, Dartmouth College and Curry College.
