Coach Joe has made such a meaningful impact on Lilly, both as a player and a person. He’s hands down the best coach she’s ever had. Since working with him, her confidence, skill, and overall game have grown tremendously.

What really sets Coach Joe apart is the way he connects with his players. He shows up for the girls and cares about their well being on and off the field. He knows when to push, when to encourage, and when to discipline—and he balances it all in a way that earns respect and brings out the best in each athlete. He holds the girls accountable while also building them up, and that combination has been incredibly powerful for Lilly.

He genuinely knows the game and teaches it in a way that makes sense. His communication is clear, honest, and effective. We’re so grateful for everything Coach Joe has done for Lilly—he’s truly one of a kind. 

 We love coach JR! We have known him for years throughout Abby's softball journey and he has always brought such a fun, encouraging presence along with him. Always willing to cheer a girl on, give his insight in a positive and encouraging manner, and just bring a laugh or smile to their faces. 

John is one of the best people we know! He’s ridiculously loyal, fun, and just an all-around awesome person to know! He’s kind and caring, respectful and genuinely wants the best for each of his players – no wonder they adore him! 

His training is top-notch and the young ladies gain a ton from him! My daughter calls coach John one of her favorite people – and honestly, who can blame her, he’s the best! She’s learning and growing like crazy all while having a blast with John and her teammates! 

Mack has been such a positive influence on Lilly and her team. As a college player, she leads by example with her strong values, integrity, and work ethic. She practices with the girls, encourages them, and always takes time to offer thoughtful advice.

Mack’s presence is inspiring—she’s someone the girls truly look up to. We’re so grateful for the example she sets both on and off the field. 

My daughter has played for Jeremy for 4 seasons. Her love of the game roots back to his belief in her as a player. He has taught her the importance of being a good teammate and that every player has a job on the field, every play. Her situational awareness and softball IQ are thanks to his coaching techniques.
